Sinus Pain, Reflexology and the Urinary Bladder Meridian

I have written before about the sinus reflexes on the toes and how amazingly effective working these points may be in
 giving relief for sinus pain.

Blocked, painful sinuses can be so debilitating, anything that can help is usually gratefully received by the client.

The Urinary Bladder meridian is one of the most important meridians of the body.  It begins in the corner of the eye then passes
over the forehead so can be used in connection with disorders of the frontal sinuses.

The meridian  runs from across the forehead over the head and down the back, over the buttock and down the leg to the outer side of the ankle bone, then along the outer border of the foot ending at the little toe nail.
So, as well as working the sinus reflexes on the toes, it may also be helpful to include in the reflexology treatment the Urinary Bladder point UB62 and the usual reflexology bladder reflex.
